What to Pack
The Exchange is a working session, but Vail in October calls for something a little different. Think sweater weather – jeans, layers, a good fleece. Once your Wednesday activity is confirmed, pack accordingly.

Whether you’re heading outdoors for the hike or getting creative, we hope you enjoy your Wednesday afternoon group activity. If you chose the horseback ride, we’re sorry to share that it’s been canceled. As noted in our recent confirmation email, we’ve moved you to your alternative activity. Everyone else received their first choice.

Choose your Adventure

The Gore Creek Trail Loop
A two-hour guided hike departing directly from the resort. The route is flat, heavily tree-lined and runs parallel to the water with exceptional mountain and wildflower views along the way. Perfect for casual conversation and accessible to all fitness levels.

What to wear: Comfortable walking shoes or light hiking boots, layers and sunscreen.

Etched Glass Class
Take home a one-of-a-kind keepsake from Vail. Using the Rocky Mountains as your inspiration, you'll etch a design onto stemware in this hands-on creative session held right here at the resort.

What to wear: Comfortable attire and closed-toe shoes.

This year’s scenario is built around the strategic crossroads facing regional health plans and providers right now. We have put together a brief overview to help you come to the working sessions with some context – no preparation required.
