Devra is a passionate patient advocate with 25+ years of experience leading community health programs and initiatives. Devra channels her passion for improving health access and outcomes through fostering strategic partnerships. Skilled in communication and collaboration, Devra is known as a big-picture planner with a pragmatic approach to designing and managing health programs. Through her open, engaging style and experience-based insights, she builds meaningful connections that drive business development and align stakeholders at all levels.
Devra has led health plan strategic initiatives and directed the full program lifecycle from ideation, implementation to ongoing operations, relationship management, analytics, and financials. She has expertise in women’s and family health and collaborating with hospitals and providers to support under-insured populations. Core to all her achievements is her accountability and creative problem-solving to achieve meaningful objectives.
She earned a Master of Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts; from the University of California, San Diego.
Devra lives in San Francisco with her husband, two young (and very active) boys, and their Australian labradoodle.
