The Spring Street Story

Spring Street Exchange is a mission-driven boutique consulting firm that drives change in the health industry. We specialize in working with community-based health plans and providers, helping to prepare strategy and infrastructure for healthcare of the future.  

The company was founded in 2016 to work with mission-aligned leaders to help make healthcare right. Early on, we led strategic visioning workshops where we brought together leaders in scenario planning roundtables. Now, we use this methodology to support our work in enterprise strategy, change management, and new product launches. Our Data Packs, workshops, shared intelligence solutions, and advisory services help support alignment and decision-making. 

In 2018, we founded a new service line intended to embrace a broader definition of healthcare and drive toward health equity. Since then, we have developed the nation’s only database that benchmarks an organization’s progression toward addressing social determinants of health (SDOH). Through that work, we expanded services focusing on health equity and SDOH strategy, data, program development, and measurement. Spring Street is a strategic partner with the Alliance of Community Affiliated Plans (ACAP). We helped to found and currently administer the ACAP Center for SDOH Innovation, as well as running the ACAP SDOH Learning Collaborative, and the ACAP SDOH Benchmark Assessment.
