Care Anywhere
As the path to patient-centered care accelerates, the healthcare industry is expanding beyond the traditional setting to a broader “care anywhere” strategy. Creative healthcare leaders want to do more than build virtual access to the current healthcare model, but it can be difficult to find the time to step back and envision innovative solutions. During this Palooza, we will work together to visualize and articulate a healthcare delivery model that provides care when and where consumers want it. We then will look at practical, present-day steps that can be taken to drive toward this vision.
About Scenario Paloozas
Paloozas provide a round table format for big picture thinking. Attendees are actively engaged in developing scenarios to explore where healthcare may be headed. The scenarios are grounded in data via Spring Street’s custom and proprietary Data Pack, which includes input from our Contributing Partners. Our Palooza format has been enhanced over the years, and participants walk away feeling invigorated and equipped to tackle large challenges.
GATHERING TOGETHER
We recognize how unpredictable the notion of gathering can be during this pandemic. Although we typically host one or two Paloozas per year, this is our first scheduled event since 2019. We will be doing everything we can to join in person, which will include the requirement of COVID vaccinations for all participants (details forthcoming). If the event is not able to move forward due to the pandemic, we will offer an alternative virtual option and return a portion of the fees to registrants. NOTE: There will be no option for hybrid participation. This event will be either entirely in person or entirely virtual.

May 18th:
1:00 pm - 4:30 pm: Gathering, Review Data Pack, Scenario 1: Look back from 2025; Competing in a retail-heavy multi-channel environment
4:30 Happy Hour, Hors d’oeuvres
6:10 + Red Sox vs Astros!
May 19th:
8:30 am - 12:30 pm: Scenario 2: The fully “Care Anywhere” health plan. Actions we can take now
Hotel: Join us at the beautifully restored Park Plaza Hotel in Boston’s Back Bay! The Plaza is just steps from the Boston Common and the Public Gardens, plus dozens of shops, restaurants and historic sites. Information on the hotel room block will be emailed to you upon event registration.
Evening Activity: After last year's exciting American League Championship Series, see a rematch as the Boston Red Sox take on the Houston Astros at historic Fenway Park!
Participants
For each Palooza we cultivate a cohort of about 25 executives from various functions, sectors of the industry, and perspectives. These events typically are comprised of about half alumni from past Paloozas and half new to the format.
Palooza participation is by invitation only so that we can establish an optimum range of backgrounds and expertise for this discussion.
